New additions and renovations to an existing 2 story school, Houghton Elementary School. This included a music room, teacher’s lounge, classrooms, kitchen, art and science, media center, new vestibule entrance, site work, new playground and new parking lots.

The work consisted of new parking lots, landscaping, concrete, masonry, casework, roofing, metal roof / wall panels, doors, frames and hardware, glass, drywall, acoustical, ceramic tile, terrazzo tile, epoxy, carpet, painting and staining, visual display systems, bath compartments and accessories, food service, casework, elevator, HVAC and plumbing, test and balance, electrical, fire alarm, clocks, phone / data, intercom, network communications.
